well, as the title says, this is a lottery game. the only real difference is that u don't have to worry about submitting loads of numbers or anything like that.
basically, all the points collected for this contest (see entry instructions for info) will be put in to a pool. when the contest closes, i'll randomly select one user who will win the entire content of the points pool. it's that simple!
to play, simply send at least 500 points to user 8332. u will receive a pm back within 24-48 hours confirming ur entry. u will only be submitted once so sending multiple entries will not increase ur chance of winning. also, my decision on any aspect of this contest is final! the contest closes on sunday 31 may 2009 at 7PM eastern standard time. the winner will be announced in this topic a day or two after the closing date.

okay, i'm not really sure how many people are going to play this. the main reason i say this, there is all ready a lottery on here called pick 3 which follows the same kind of lines. the only diffrence is, it's 5 points to buy a ticket, and each time no one wins the points roll over to the next day. as soon as someone gets the winning number they get the points (how ever many in the pot)
as for your game, i am not sure picking someone randomly is really the best idea, or at least it does not really make for a fair game. you could say something like, the first 3 people to submit have a chance of being picked, but it's not really a fun game, not really the way you want to do it anyway.
also, how do we know you will actually pay up?. i remember you saying give me a million points and you get more back, but i tried that several times and that didon't work.
the thing i like about games like pick 3, is that they are fair and they are not based on an individual opinion.
